Impurity for Kohanim in Be'er Sheva

Is there an issue for Kohanim to travel by train from Be'er Sheva to Tel Aviv?

In large areas of Be'er Sheva, there is an issue because they were built on a cemetery, and it is unknown whether it was Jewish or non-Jewish. In some places, they did not construct double arches. There are issues both in the central station area and the train station area.
