Is a utility room used for laundry and the like, which opens off the kitchen and has an area of four by four amot, obligated in a mezuzah? If so, where should it be affixed?

A room that measures four amot by four amot and is used for a specific purpose, such as laundry, requires a mezuzah to be affixed with a blessing.
It should be affixed on the right side of one entering the room.
