Lashon Hara About Stores

There is a thread open to everyone on the Prog website where various users write their complaints about different stores. Is this considered lashon hara?

Hello and blessings.
In general, this involves the prohibition of public lashon hara.
In private — generally, it is forbidden to relate such information; however, if all seven conditions for permissibility explained by the Chafetz Chaim are fulfilled, it is permitted to relate it.
In public — it is almost impossible for all the details to be fulfilled, since it is hardly possible that it would be beneficial for all the readers.
