Using Cups with Sun Designs

I bought several packages of disposable cups, and now I saw that they have a raised design of a complete sun on them. Is it permissible to use the cups, or must they be thrown away? If it is permissible to keep them, is it permissible to recite a blessing when the cup with the picture is in front of me or in my hand?

Hello and blessings 

There is no prohibition whatsoever against using a utensil with a picture of the sun, and there is also no concern of idolatry in this, when it is evident that it was made only for decoration. 

The prohibition is only to create or draw this form.
