Hello, is it permitted to sell land to a non-Jew in the Land of Israel?

Hello,
It is forbidden to sell land in the Land of Israel to a non-Jew, whether it is a house or a field. Even in cases of loss where there are no Jews to buy it, selling is prohibited.
