Praising a Non-Jewish Caregiver

Question

I work in a daycare center with a Druze caregiver. Am I allowed to compliment her on her dedication to the children and on her work as a caregiver? I am not her employer, only an external worker.

Answer

Hello and blessings

If it is in order to cause her to work better, it is permitted.
