Killing pigeons

Is it permissible to kill pigeons that are near the house and are causing a disturbance?

According to halacha, they should be driven away in a non-harmful manner. If it is not possible to drive them away, it is permissible to kill them in a way that does not cause suffering.
Check the law on this matter; according to what I have clarified, in general, killing a pigeon is a criminal offense.
