Killing Pigeons

Is it permissible to kill pigeons that are near the house and are causing a disturbance?
Answer
Shalom u’vrachah.
According to halachah, they should be driven away in a non-harmful manner. If it is not possible to drive them away, it is permissible to kill them in a manner that causes no suffering.
Check the law regarding this matter. From what I have clarified, in general, killing a pigeon is a criminal offense.
