Engagement Feast When the Grandfather is Sitting Shiva

Question

Is it permissible for a person to hold an engagement for his son in Bnei Brak when his father is sitting shiva for his brother in Jerusalem? And is it permissible for other mourning family members to participate in the engagement?

Answer

It is permissible to hold an engagement, and the brothers can attend since it is in another city.
