Shalom u’vrachah
According to Sephardic custom, no laws of mourning apply to a grandchild at all.
According to Ashkenazic custom, there are several mourning practices that grandchildren observe: a. Not to bathe. b. Not to get a haircut. c. Not to listen to music. d. Not to go to a festive banquet or celebration.
These laws apply only until the first Shabbat after the burial.
