Visiting a Grave at Night

Is it permissible to visit a grave on a yahrzeit at night, and if so, from when after sunset is it allowed?

It is preferable to visit during the day.
If there is a necessity to visit at night, according to the words of the Kabbalists, it is highly recommended to do so after midnight. However, in a situation of need, it is permissible from nightfall.
