Hello, is there any issue with visiting the cemetery at night? On the night after Shabbat, it will be the yahrzeit of my father.

There is no issue with this. It is permissible to visit the grave on the night of the yahrzeit, and it is also permissible to visit the grave on the night after Shabbat.
