Payment for License - On the Father or the Son

Should the father pay for the son's driving license, or should the son pay for it himself and the father is exempt?

Answer

Hello 

Certainly, the father has no obligation or interest to pay for the son's driving license.

If the son wants to obtain a license, he should pay from his own money.
