Questions about Ma'aser money

I would like to know if I can calculate the amount I transfer every month to “Areivim” as part of ma’aser. And if so, since until now I have not considered it as part of ma’aser, will I need to do a hataras nedarim ? Also, may I donate a Shas to a Beis Midrash from ma’aser kesafim?

a. You may calculate the donation from ma’aser.
b. There is no need for hataras nedarim.
c. It is permitted to donate a Shas from ma’aser money.
