Priorities in the Matter of Tithes

Hello and blessings, I wish to allocate a sum from the tithes I have, and I am uncertain how to proceed according to the proper order of priorities. I have three main options: To donate to my father's kollel, which is involved both in Torah study and in fundraising for the kollel. In this case, the money is entirely intended for Torah scholars, and I know clearly that the donation is used solely for this purpose. To transfer to the interim yeshiva of the kollel where I study, and there may be an aspect of "the poor of your city come first" — and here too, the donation goes purely to Torah study. To donate to the yeshiva where I studied in the past out of gratitude, but now they are raising funds for a new building, and I am not certain that the donation will go towards actual study. This matter is very important to me, as I strive to strictly observe the law of tithes and wish to merit the blessing promised to those who support Torah scholars.
