Double use of a course
Question
I purchased an online course, and now I no longer wish to watch it or use it. Am I allowed to sell access to the course to another person, on condition that I completely stop using it? (The course is available only for a limited period)

The ruling of our teacher, HaRav HaGaon Rabbi Amram Fried shlita:
Every course is sold on the assumption that one person will use it, and therefore, if you have already watched the course, it is forbidden to sell to another person the right to use it.
If you have not watched the course, you may sell the right to someone else, and then you will no longer be able to watch it yourself.
