Selling a 'Book Card'
Question
The book cards of the Yafa Nof company state that they cannot be sold or transferred. Does this have any halachic validity? If it is forbidden and I did it, do I need to rectify it? And how?

A. It is forbidden to sell.
B. One should accept upon themselves not to do so again.
