Driver Who Charged a Reduced Fare

Hello,
I traveled by bus and handed my Rav-Kav card to the driver at his request. Later, I found out that instead of charging 17 shekels, he only charged 6 shekels. The question is, do I need to do something like pay again? And if so, how can I avoid interest? And is this only for that company?

In practice, after the trip, there is no need to pay the missing amount.
