Canceling Registration for a Course
Question
I registered for studies at a certain place and already provided my credit card details. Afterwards—about a week or more later—I discovered that I could study the subject in a much broader and more comprehensive way elsewhere. May I cancel?

You may cancel, if you have not yet begun studying and you did not sign an agreement that obligates you to remain.
