Shopping at 'Prakti' using Someone Else's Name

Question

There’s a shopping center in Jerusalem called Prakti. It’s meant for brides and grooms—each bride or groom receives a card that gives them the right to shop there during the time before and after the wedding. It’s basically a type of business deal that gets every newly engaged couple to come and shop there. Most of the prices are the same as regular stores—or even higher—just that everything is conveniently located in one place. There’s a certain product that’s only available there, and its price is slightly discounted. My question is: can I use someone else’s eligibility card, or can she buy it there for me herself?

Answer

Shalom UvRacha,

It is explicitly conditioned for use by brides, grooms, and their family members.

Therefore, others are not allowed to use it unless they have permission from the store owner.
