Continuation of the Concern about Theft

I have another question regarding theft. When I was at the grocery store many years ago, I spilled a package of rice, and the worker cleaned it up, but I did not pay for it. I called one of the store's partners many years later, and his wife told me they forgive me. (I think I asked her if I also need to ask the second partner, and she said no, but I'm not sure.) Do I need to locate the second partner and call him?
