Finding a Genizah Page in a Store

Hello, A person is in an IKEA store, and while walking through the store, he encountered a torn page from a siddur (with verses of the Shema), the page is placed on one of the products on a random shelf in the store. Most of the store's employees do not observe Torah and mitzvot. The person fears that an employee might see the page and throw it in the trash. He also fears that handing it over to the lost and found department might not be taken seriously enough. Is it permissible to take the page for genizah?

There is no problem taking the page, no one has an interest in it and it is not considered theft.
