Is there an obligation to validate a ticket on a bus? Of course, in a case where there is no chillul Hashem.

Answer

Shalom u'vrachah 

There is an absolute obligation to validate upon every boarding of a bus. The bus belongs to the company, and one who uses the company’s property not in accordance with the company’s approved rules is a thief.
