Travel at the Yeshiva’s Expense for the Purpose of Arranging Seats

Question

I am responsible for arranging the seats in the yeshiva for Yom Kippur. The arrangement is done on Saturday night, and I am at home for Shabbat, a great distance from the yeshiva. It will be difficult and complicated for me to travel by bus on Saturday night, and I will probably not manage to arrive on time; without me, the seating arrangement will not be done. May I take money from the funds under my responsibility to pay for fuel for the trip to the yeshiva and also for the return trip, even though in any case I would like to come by car?

Answer

Shalom u’vrachah.

Ask the heads of the yeshiva.
