Payment for a Past Bus Ride

Question

I boarded the bus and didn't have money on my Rav-Kav card. I traveled 2 stops and got off the bus. The question is, do I need to pay for this ride?

Hello 

According to the instructions of the Gaon, Rabbi David Fried, shlita, it is strictly forbidden to travel without payment, but there is no obligation to pay for rides that have already been taken without payment.
