Leaving the Office When There Is No Work
Question
If in the middle of a workday I suddenly have no work to do.
There are no tasks to perform.
And because of this I left the office in the meantime—and did not work.
May I report this as work hours? Because had I been in the office, I would not have been working at all. In practice, I was not there.
What should be done? May I report it as work hours or not?
I will note that I left the office because I had no work.

It is not possible to report being at work when you were not there—because of the prohibition of falsehood.
