Inquiring in a Store — Without Buying

Hello and blessings. I was walking through the mall near a stand that sells perfumes and gift sets, and I wanted to buy perfume for my husband. I received help from the salesperson, tried the store’s testers, and chose a perfume. When the salesperson led me to the register to package the perfume, I checked the price online and discovered a difference of more than 100 NIS: in the store the price was 369 NIS, and elsewhere I found it for 250 NIS, and perhaps it can be found even cheaper. I asked the saleswoman to wait because I wanted to reconsider the purchase. Is there any prohibition involved in having used the store’s service and testers if in the end I order the perfume somewhere else? As of now I have not yet ordered it, and I can still go back and buy it from the store.

You may buy it at the place where you found it cheaper. 

It is true that one may not come to a store with no intention to buy, check and try products, unless one says explicitly, “I am not sure that I will buy here.” 

But here you came in order to buy; it merely became clear that the price was too expensive, and therefore there is no problem at all.
