Receiving Free Shipping from the Temu Website

Further to the question about purchasing on the Temu website: The website’s rules are that purchases totaling 300 NIS qualify for free shipping. In practice, if one buys for 300 NIS and immediately cancels items totaling 200 NIS, the shipping still remains free. Is it permitted to initially purchase for 300 NIS with the intention of canceling part of the order in order to receive free shipping? Is there any halachic significance to the fact that the company is traded on Nasdaq, and that among the shareholders there are also Jews?

It is permitted. 

There is no problem with this, since they also know that you canceled. And it is with this understanding that they provide the shipping. 

Apparently, they profit from the fact that there are people who order and leave the order as is. 

Therefore, this is not theft, neither from a Jew nor from a non-Jew.
