Courts - Lawsuit Against a Transportation Inspector
Question
Is it permissible to sue a transportation company inspector for issuing an unlawful fine not only to cancel the fine but also to take action against the inspector to prevent this behavior from continuing? And if such a lawsuit reaches court, is it allowed to testify and file a claim?

It is permissible to file a lawsuit because they do not agree to adjudicate according to Torah law.
