Found an Umbrella of a Distinctive Color

Question

Hello.
I found an umbrella on the ground in the street (in a manner indicating it had fallen). The umbrella’s color is distinctive. Am I obligated to return a lost item?

Answer

Hello and blessings.
He is not obligated to return it; it belongs to him.

Source

A distinctive color is not considered an identifying sign, because it is possible that there are several like it, and it can be bought in a store. And there is no need
to be concerned for ye’ush shelo mida’at, since it is like the items listed in the Mishnah that are heavy, and there is no need
to be concerned that he does not know that it fell from him.
