Money Found on the Street
Question
I found 50 shekels on the street. It seems to me that it fell from children who were running quickly. They disappeared from my view. Am I allowed to use the money?

You are allowed to take it for yourself, as there is despair.
If you clearly know whose it is, there is certainly a matter of returning it to them.
