Returning Found Money
Question
A young man found $101 in the yeshiva and left notes about returning lost property, but no one has come forward. What should he do?

The amount is a sign, and therefore he is obligated to return it. If no one comes forward after the publication, he can write a note in a secure place (such as inside a book, etc.) that he is obligated to return this amount when Elijah comes. He may use the money.
