Reduced Price for Rent Prepayment

I want to rent out an apartment, I don't have the energy to chase after tenants, can I set a reduced price for prepayment?

The landlord can tell the tenant that if they pay at the beginning of the lease for the entire year in advance, the price will be reduced, and there is no prohibition of interest in this. (Even though in a sale in such a manner there is a prohibition of interest).
