Tenant's Obligation for Generator Expenses
Question
He has a unit that he rents out, and his apartment is connected to a generator. Can he charge the tenant for the ongoing electricity expenses incurred by the generator connection?
Answer
The ongoing expenses must be paid, but the initial connection to the generator does not need to be paid if it was agreed upon in advance.
