Question

Hello,

From a halachic standpoint, is it permitted to invest in a self-managed investment portfolio in index-tracking exchange-traded funds (ETFs), index-tracking funds, and Irish funds?

In addition, is it permitted to buy the following funds:

S&P 500 Index:
- An Irish fund traded in Israel in shekels, BlackRock, security number 1159250, physical replication, dividend taxation 15%.
- An Irish fund traded in Israel in shekels, Invesco, security number 1183441, synthetic replication, dividend taxation 0%.

ACWI Global Index:
- An Irish fund traded in Israel in shekels, BlackRock, security number 1159235, physical replication.

WORLD Global Index:
- An Irish fund traded in Israel in shekels, Invesco, security number 1185164, synthetic replication.

FTSE All-World Global Index:
- An Irish fund traded in Israel in shekels, Invesco, security number 1209220, physical replication.

Additional funds:
- Europe SMEA, security number 1159094.
- Emerging Markets EIMI, security number 1159169.

Thank you.
