Removal of Items from Shared Space

Hello,
I am the building committee head, and there are many items belonging to neighbors in the basement and shared areas. I wanted to ask if it is permissible to throw these items away? Do I need to post notices beforehand? For how long? Do I need to inform the owners? (I don't know who owns them).

Hello,
A general notice should be posted for the residents, informing them that the owners of the items must remove their belongings within a week, after which the remaining items will be disposed of. After that, it is permissible to throw them away.
