A door in a building leads to three doors, each with a housing unit. How much should be paid to the house committee? Should each pay like all the building's residents, or is it divided by three, such as if all the building's residents pay ninety, then each pays thirty? Does it matter what the building's residents have customarily done in this matter or not?

The custom is to charge each housing unit at the price of half an apartment, so each of the three residents should be charged at the price of half a resident, and in total, as the price of one and a half residents.
