Lost Pruzbul Before Rosh Hashanah
Question
I have already made a pruzbul, [I do not expect any more debts until the end of the year], but the document was lost. Am I required to make a new one?

Shalom and blessings. If a pruzbul was made and it was lost or torn before the end of the Shemitah year, the lender is permitted to collect his debts.
