Agency in Prozbul
Question
Is it possible to appoint an agent to perform a Prozbul?
Answer
It is permissible to be lenient and appoint an agent to perform a Prozbul on one's behalf, and it should be written in the Prozbul: 'So-and-so came before us as an agent on behalf of so-and-so the lender' (and regarding young men and women, it is permissible to initially do it through an agent).
