Hearing the Text of "Mosarni Lachem"

Question

I was asked to be a judge in a Prozbul. Do I need to listen to the entire ceremony all the time, or can I study during this time and just sign?

Answer

Shalom and blessings. When the lender recites the text "Mosarni Lachem, etc.", all three judges must hear it.
