A Loan from the 'Max' Credit Company

Is it permitted to take an interest-bearing loan from a credit company, such as Max?

The 'Max' company has a good heter iska.
However, you may not take a loan unless you have a business, or an apartment in Eretz Yisrael, which is also considered an iska.
