Payment Was Not Collected at the Parking Lot

Question

I was in the Ma’ayanei HaYeshua parking lot, and at the exit I was required to pay 25 NIS.
Suddenly, the gate opened and I drove out.
Afterwards, I discovered that my credit card had not been charged.
Do I need to go back and pay?

Answer

Shalom and blessings

The response of our teacher, Rabbi Amram Fried shlita:

You do not need to go back and pay.
