Interest to a guarantor

Regarding interest, is there a prohibition of ribit when the borrower gives a gift to the guarantor, and is there a difference between ribit ketzutza (fixed interest) and ribit mukdemet (advance interest)?

Answer

The prohibition applies only to an arev kablan.
