Picking Flowers from a Private Tree
Question
A tree whose branches extend into the street, is it permissible for passersby to pick flowers from it?
Answer
If it bothers passersby, it is permissible; if it does not bother, it is forbidden unless the residents of the building or the owner of the tree explicitly agree.
