Repaired Damage at a Higher Price

Hello.
Someone broke his friend’s glasses. The friend had them repaired at a store that repairs them on the spot, instead of having them repaired at a regular store where he would have had to wait a week, and he paid a bit more for this. Must the one who broke them pay the higher cost?

He must pay according to the price in the regular market.

This is like any assessment of damages, which is according to market value. What he paid extra in order to have them available immediately is only grama and shevet, and in cases of damage to property one is exempt.
