I Damaged a Car - No Response

Hello and blessings. First of all, thank you very much for responding to my previous questions quickly and clearly. While driving my car, I scraped the mirror of another car. I wrote on a piece of paper with a pencil that I scraped his mirror and wrote my phone number, placing the paper under his wipers. I did not receive a call from him. It could be that he forgave me in his heart, but it could also be that he did not see the paper for some reason, or he thought it was an advertisement, etc. In short, what can I do and what am I obligated to do?

First of all, you should know that if you scraped a car that is not new, and the price of the car did not decrease because of the scrape, you have no obligation to pay. 

Regarding your question, if you have done your part, and now the owner of the car is unknown and there is no 'claimant', there is no obligation to pay here.
