Paying for a Product that Fell in a Store

Hello, I was in a Zara store and a perfume tester fell from the stand. It was a tester with not much in it, and all the salespeople were Arabs. There is a high chance that if I pay, the salespeople will take the money for themselves... The question is, do I need to pay for it?

There is no need to pay.
A 'tester' is not intended for sale but for testing, and certainly when it contains a small amount, it cannot be sold.
