Using a Pirated App

Hello and blessings. I have an app on my phone which, in order to remove the ads while using it, requires a premium subscription—paying money. On the other hand, I have a friend who can install this app for me without ads—for free—but this app is pirated, and someone hacked the app and managed to make it ad-free even for free. Is it permitted to install it?
