Using a Book Copied into a Computer File

I received a PDF file of the Oz VeHadar Shas.
Is it permissible to use it?
I do not know whether they sell only a physical book or also a computer file.

The ruling of our teacher, Rabbi Amram Fried shlita, is that it is forbidden to use software that was copied against the wishes of the owners.
Oz VeHadar sells a computerized file through a “package” in Otzar HaChochma. They certainly do not permit their property to be used for free copying.
