Wording of a Will
Question
My mother’s husband (in a second marriage) wrote a will, but we do not know whether the wording is sufficient from a halachic standpoint. He has brothers who are heirs, and he also has his wife, whom he wants to inherit as well. How should the inheritance be formulated so that it is valid according to Halacha?
