Seclusion in a Locked Place Where People Can Enter

Question

Is it permissible to enter a premises where there is only one man and several girls, when the door is locked with a code, but several employees know the code and employees are supposed to enter all the time?

 

Answer

Shalom Rav,

Since people can enter, it is not considered seclusion.
